RETURNS, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

Right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the product without giving any reason. To exercise withdrawal, send a clear communication to sbustiamoinfo@gmail.com stating the order number, name and products concerned. After the communication, return the products without delay and in any event within 14 days.

The product must be returned with care, complete with the items received and, where possible, in its original packaging. You may handle it only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If you open or use it beyond what is necessary, you may be liable for any diminished value to the extent permitted by law. Any exceptions to withdrawal apply only where provided by law and communicated before purchase.

The direct cost of returning goods because of a change of mind is borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated or where prior information was not provided. Rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming products remain separate and unchanged.

Refund
Once the withdrawal notice is received, we refund the payments due within 14 days. For goods, we may wait until we receive the return or proof of dispatch. The refund includes the initial standard delivery costs where required by law; additional costs chosen by the customer are not refundable. We use the original payment method, unless the customer expressly chooses store credit where available.

Delivery issues
If the parcel or product arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, write to sbustiamoinfo@gmail.com stating the order number and, where possible, attaching photos of the packaging, label and contents. Prompt notice helps open a claim with the carrier but does not limit statutory rights.

Statutory guarantee
The statutory guarantee of conformity provided by applicable legislation remains available to consumers. For assistance, state the defect, order date and product concerned. We will assess the remedy provided by law, such as restoration of conformity, replacement, price reduction or termination in applicable cases.

Store credit
Store credit is issued only for refunds expressly chosen by the customer or for promotions. It cannot be purchased or topped up. The rate is 1 credit = EUR 1. Any expiry date and conditions are indicated when it is granted.
