TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Seller
The website is operated by SBUSTIAMO S.R.L., Via Antonio Moscatelli 163, 00013 Mentana (RM), Italy, VAT no. 17794851000. For assistance and communications about orders: sbustiamoinfo@gmail.com.

2. Products and information
We sell sealed physical TCG products, such as boxes, displays, packs and collections. Where available, the product page indicates the language, edition, format and contents of the package. Images are representative where the page states this; the written information on the page prevails. The random contents of sealed products depend on the manufacturer: we do not guarantee specific cards, rarities, pulls or future value.

3. Prices and orders
Prices are expressed in euros and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The automatic receipt confirmation does not necessarily constitute acceptance: the order is accepted when Sbustiamo confirms availability and payment, or begins preparation.

If payment is not completed, the order is not prepared. If a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing or description error, we contact the customer and refund any amount already paid for the part not accepted.

4. Payment
The payment methods available are those displayed at checkout. Pre-orders are paid in full at the time of ordering. Store credit cannot be purchased or topped up: it may be granted for a refund expressly chosen by the customer or as part of a promotion, under the communicated conditions.

5. Shipping
Standard shipping in Italy costs €7.00; it is free from a total of €199.00 as calculated at checkout. The 2% shipping insurance surcharge is always payable, including when shipping is free. An insurance surcharge of 2% is added to the value of the products before any discount codes, including VAT. Shipping costs and the surcharge itself are excluded from the calculation base. The surcharge is rounded to the nearest cent. The costs and total applied to the order are shown in the cart and at checkout before payment.

Example without discount codes: products €49.90 + shipping €7.00 + insurance €1.00 = total €57.90.

The order is prepared after payment confirmation and entrusted to the available carrier. Tracking is communicated when available.

Until delivery to the customer, Sbustiamo remains responsible for shipping within the limits provided by law. In the event of loss or damage during transport, contact us so that we can handle the claim and provide the solution required by law and the order conditions. Any carrier insurance services concern the transport relationship and do not limit the customer's rights.

6. Pre-orders and mixed orders
The pre-order page indicates the known availability date or window. The date is indicative where it depends on the manufacturer or distributor. For an order containing available and pre-ordered products, one shipment is currently made when all goods are available. If a pre-order suffers a material delay or is no longer supplied, the customer may contact us for the applicable options, including a refund for the affected part.

7. Mystery Box
The Mystery Box is prepared after the order based on the selected brand and tier. The exact contents are a surprise and may vary according to availability. The minimum tier value, where stated, is verified using the prices published on the website and the criteria described on the tier page. No specific products or cards are promised unless expressly stated on the page. The criteria and value stated on the page prevail over illustrative images.

8. Withdrawal, conformity and refunds
Consumers retain the right of withdrawal and the statutory guarantee of conformity in the cases provided by law. The practical arrangements are set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Refunds are made to the original payment method, unless the customer expressly chooses store credit where that option is available. Credit is not imposed instead of a refund that is due.

9. Promotions
Each promotion states its validity period, included products, any minimum order amount and whether it can be combined. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions shown for the promotion prevail.

10. Assistance and applicable law

For formal communications, use the address stated in point 1; any operational return address is communicated in the reply to the return request. Italian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory protection granted to consumers by the law of their country of residence.
