SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship only within Italy. Standard shipping in Italy costs €7.00.

An insurance surcharge of 2% is added to the value of the products before any discount codes, including VAT. Shipping costs and the surcharge itself are excluded from the calculation base. The surcharge is rounded to the nearest cent.

Example without discount codes: products €49.90 + shipping €7.00 + insurance €1.00 = total €57.90.

The costs and total applied to the order are shown in the cart and at checkout before payment.

Delivery times

Delivery is estimated within 24–48 hours after the parcel is dispatched. The period starts when the parcel is handed over to the carrier, not when the order is placed; any carrier delays may affect this estimate.

Preparation and tracking

We prepare the order after payment confirmation. Preparation times may vary according to availability, pre-orders, Mystery Boxes and periods of higher demand. Once entrusted to the carrier, tracking is sent when available; tracking activation may take a few hours.

Orders containing available products and pre-orders are shipped together when all goods are available. One shipment per order is currently provided.

Until delivery to the customer, Sbustiamo remains responsible for shipping within the limits provided by law. In the event of loss or damage during transport, contact us promptly so that we can handle the claim and provide the solution required by law and the order conditions.

If the parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and label and promptly contact us at sbustiamoinfo@gmail.com. Prompt notice facilitates the claim with the carrier and does not replace consumer rights.
